@Darling_NA1 @sparklightcares I hear you and are very frustrated too. I went and swapped modems at my local office this morning after they called me Tuesday to tell me I had to change my internet plan and had to get a new modem. Local office said this is vendor issue and not Sparklights fault supposedly.

@sparklightcares Also, why would you not restore your service first? I understand not everyone was disconnected, but there’s still a large majority of your customer base that is left without the service they pay for. The call centers and portal could’ve waited.

@Darling_NA1 @sparklightcares Now it looks like I am dead in the water without internet access for God knows how long. Is this payback for cutting the cord? I don't have cable I have Roku's so I can't use my tv's or my computers. This sucks!

@_JoeNoJoseph @sparklightcares Us bank process all their payments, the tool to connect the bank to customer accounts is busted. Once its fixed it'll auto update everything, but there's literally no switch that can be flipped.

I don’t understand how a company says all their services are down yet the services are up enough to process the money from my bank but not be able to turn a switch that gives me internet?? 3 days now no updated no nothing ? How is this legal @sparklightcares #sparklightcares

@sparklightcares Are you going to be prorating our bills for this. You called me Tuesday and changed my internet plan and today I went to my local office to swap modems for the new plan and now no internet. If I would never have disconnected the old modem I would still have service.

@sparklightcares I've been trying to pay my bill on-line and by phone for the last three days but it is still down. They won't accept payment at the local Sparklight office. I better not get a late payment fee!

@lungsandlips @sparklightcares Only way to find out would be to call the support line. Ring the number, let it dc you once, then keep calling and waiting. Itll eventually connect you to someone

@lungsandlips @sparklightcares Were you in a disconnection? If so, then you're being affected by the outage. Even if you paid your bill its stuck in a disconnect.
