Power outage now in Cow Hollow affecting 2,775 customers (including me!). Heard a big bang, dogs barked & all the power sucked right out of the house. Learned from @PGE4Me they are still assessing the issue with a restoration time of 8; @costco lanterns need 4 C-batteries! Ugh!

The power went out this morning. There’s construction on our block, and we didn’t know whether that was the cause. Within ten minutes, @PGE4Me sent a text saying how many customers were affected and an estimate for when power would be restored. Good job, PG&E!

the #pgeoutage 9/19 started a few mins before 5pm, @PGE4Me restored service at 5am. it took PG&E 12 (TWELVE!) hours to restore service.in urban #oakland, the middle of the #bayarea.not some far off rural place. not in the middle of a heatwave, fire, or stormwtf
