How to log in to YCS for the first time
- Go to YCS
- Enter your log in credentials (email and password)
- TickKeep me signed inif you want to save your account for easier log in
- Click Sign In
5. An OTP will automatically be sent to your registered email address
6. Enter the code from your email on the YCS log in page
How to log in using your password
If you have already logged in to YCS for the first time, you will now be able to log in simply using your password.
- Go to YCS >> Login to YCS
- Enter your log in credentials
- Click Sign In
- YCS will sometimes require log in verification by OTP. The OTP will be sent to either your registered phone number or email address.
If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password? to reset your log in credentials.
How to log in using a recent account
You can log in to YCS using recent (saved) accounts. This helps frequent users to reduce the number of times they need to enter their full log in credentials. A maximum of 5 recent accounts will be shown on the log in window.
Please note that this feature is only available when:
- Your device allows cookies
- You have ticked the Remember me box
- You do not use incognito mode or a private browser
How do I remove a recent (saved) account?
- In the log in window, click the X next to the account you would like to remove
- A confirmation window will pop up
- Click Confirm to successfully remove the recent (saved) account
I did not receive an OTP
The following reasons might be why you did not receive an OTP:
- Agoda’s email address is not in yoursafe sender list. This may causetheemailto bedelivered as Spam or Junk.
- The webbrowser you are using may notbeingcompatible.
- Agoda’s email address is blocked by your email service provider.
- You are not logged in to theYCS Appwith the same username that you would like to access via desktop.
- Push notifications from YCS App are not enabled or are restricted on your mobile device.
To resolve these issues, please try the following:
- Addno-reply@agoda.comtoyour email’ssafe senderslist.
- Clear your browser cookies, cache,and history.
- The required stepsmaybe differentdepending on your browser;you can searchfor specific browser guidelinesonline.
- Requestanew OTPby clicking Send again.
- Log in toYCS on another browser,or usetheYCS Appto receive the OTP.

Outlook
- On theHometab, clickJunk >>Junk E-mail Options
- Click Safe Senders>> Add
- Addno-reply@agoda.comand clickOK
- Check theAutomatically add people I email to the Safe Senders Listbox
- ClickOK
Hotmail
- Open your Hotmail account and clickOptions, located inthe top-right corner
- SelectSafeSendersand addno-reply@agoda.com
- Go to yourGoogle account
- Click Apps>> Contacts
- Click + add contacts
- Click on+ Create contactand a pop-up window will open. Addno-reply@agoda.comandthen clickSave
FAQs
1. If I log in to the YCS desktop, and then log out, do I still need to input the OTP?
Yes, if you log out, the session expires.Toensure safety,anewOTP is then required to log inagain.
2. When will my session expire?
The maximumidle timeis6 hours. After 6 hours,ifyou close the browserand openitagain to accessYCS, you willneed to log in usinganew OTP.
3. What should I do if I am still having issues receiving the code?
You can check with your email service provider to see if they are blocking Agoda’s email address.
4. What should I do if I change my phone number?
Changing your phone number should not impact receiving an OTP as it is sent via the YCS App. If you have the app logged in, you should be able to log in on the desktop as usual.
