I saw them online and their pictures on IG are really good, looks like they are good on designs so I decided to give it a try. I went to get my nails done for my birthday trip. I didn't wait a long time to be serviced but that is where my nightmare started. The guy that did my nails was new or not very well trained he failed my nail so much on the side making my actual nail go like close to the skin. While filing with the drill cut me multiple times on the cuticle area it has been a week and the nails are already lifting. After gluing the tip he did not file to blend immediately applied acrylic and then realized and filed the hand that had no acrylic. He only did one acrylic coat. I asked for a very simple design it was some vertical lines different colors he didn't pick the same colors as I showed him in the picture and he told me oh you have to wait i don't do design so I had to wait for another guy. Barely put you cuticle oil too. And charged $15 for just some lines that anyone could do. Worst $85 ever spent in my life. (Seems like the owner or the main girl in the front is the one that does really good job, so if you can't get it with her, do not go)

I have always had excellent customer service. Today's visit was just the same. Ken my nail technician was very thorough and didn't rush through my pedicure. He took his time and did a fabulous job! I appreciated that. I will becoming back again.

Went to this nail bar instead after having a crappy time getting an appointment with a different nail salon! And I am so glad I did because they made the experience super easy.I wanted to do a pedicure with my fiancé (his first time). I can get anxious and shy when talking on the phone so he decided to set up the appointment for us. Being his first time and me not really going to nail salons ever, we're not aware of the basics on what goes down in nail salons and what certain services include or mean. And so, when we called the first nail salon prior to Pixie Nail Bar with all of our questions we could hear the judgment through the phone from the receptionist simply because we didn't know how everything worked. I was so discouraged, but after looking for other nail salons, I found Pixie Nail Bar and my fiancé gave them a call and they were fantastic! They answered his questions about their services without judgment and before we knew it, we were headed over well aware of exactly what we wanted. When we got there, everyone was super friendly. The space was really clean and pristine inside. And after I got my pedicure, they even had my toes under some fans for a few minutes. Really cool. I loved the experience and my fiancé did too! We might do it again and were ever so grateful to them for not judging us as first timers!

So I came in for a quick underarm wax and when I stepped into their waxing space small flies were flying from their supplies. I also don't think the girl washed her hands, she just came in and started- without gloves at that. So then she started off on my right under arm then someone else came in like the person didn't know what they were doing or needed help. I'm used to getting my under arms waxed so I know how the process goes. In all, they didn't do the proper method to waxing and they could have did a better job.
